Andrea Pfeiffer

Andrea is thrilled to be a part of the JCC Camps at Medford family as the Care Team Director!  As both a parent of two young campers and a Clinical Social Worker, Andrea recognizes the importance of prioritizing mental health. Andrea looks forward to using her professional experience coaching educators on positive behavior supports, building relationships between families and community resources, and counseling to support the mental, emotional and social well-being of campers and counselors.  Over the last number of years, Andrea has specialized in providing intervention services to early childhood educators and their families to prevent challenging behaviors and optimize social-emotional learning.  Prior to her roles in Early Childhood, Andrea has enjoyed serving as a Community and Parent Liaison, a School Social Worker, an outpatient/in-home/residential therapist, and a Crisis Counselor. Andrea and her husband Mike reside in Haddonfield and have two daughters, Maya and Jayda.
