CAMP AARON – WEEK 3
Camp Aaron is having a blast!
Camp is flying by! Gilad campers were beyond excited to have their first ever Camp Aaron overnight on Thursday. In addition to an extra swim and some fun activities, they were treated to an excellent program by World Freestyle Frisbee Champion, Gary Auerbach. Each camper received a free autographed Frisbee and following the program could be seen practicing the new tricks they were taught. Campers enjoyed some fun bunk activities, an ice cream treat, and a camp-wide scavenger hunt. A great night was had by all the campers and staff in attendance.
The campers are having a blast at each of their individual activities. In Things That Go, campers started building their own fidget spinners. Our Working with Wax campers made scented candles. In Woodworking, the campers are building tool boxes and in Top Chef, our campers made respect cookies.
We can’t wait to see the excitement Week 4 brings. Thursday is Carnival Day and we have lots of exciting things planned for the campers. Keep checking our website for pics of your camper loving JCC Camps at Medford!!
