Chaverim Week 4
Chaverim is on the move!
Did the Chaverim crew have an unbelievable week? Did we ever! It started early on Monday morning as we traveled to Lake George. We got unpacked in our hotel rooms and went to the Fun Spot for mini golf, roller skating, go karts and laser tag. On Tuesday, we went to Lake Placid to see the site of the 1980 Winter Olympics. We went to the top of the ski lift and saw the arena where the US Men’s Hockey Team won the Gold Medal. On Wednesday, we had a lot of fun at Six Flags Great Escape and dressed fancy as we had a dinner cruise on Lake George. Thursday, we visited Cooperstown and the Baseball Hall of Fame. On Friday, we actually spent the day at camp, doing a lot of what we love to do at camp: gaga, newcombe and swim- a great way to rest after a busy four days away.
Farewell to our 4 week friends and we go onward to find more adventures during Week 5!
