CAMP HILLTOP -WEEK 7 – 2017

Hilltop Happenings

What a fabulous Week 7!  We started our week out with our Camp Hilltop party at ISC.  So many campers came out and had a great time playing with friends and counselors. On Thursday evening our spectacular theater group performed an incredible show, “When I Grow Up.” Heartfelt thanks to show director Ruth Stitt and assistant director Jakob Kramer for putting together a truly entertaining evening!

Our theme this week was B’tzelem Elohim, Created in G-d’s image.  In Arts and Crafts, the campers decorated wooden people to look like them or who they want to be when they grow up.  Usable Arts had the campers make beautiful mirrors. Our little scientists participated in an unplugged coding activity which gave them some basic coding skills. Little Chefs had the campers make models of themselves out of fruit and then they got to eat them.  We are looking forward to showing our rachmanus or sportsmanship during Maccabiah Color War next week!
