Chaverim week 8
Chaverim is on the move!
Chaverim had a fantastic Week 8 while on the move in Pittsburgh and Ohio!
Our first day was full of travel but we enjoyed our pit stop in Pittsburgh to tour PNC Park and see where the Pirates play and learn their history. We rounded out the night with some friendly Goofy Golf competition.
Day 2 was an amazing fun-filled day at Cedar Point. It was a gorgeous day to spend on the shore of Lake Erie, and we were even treated to a surprise appearance by Lebron James (no joke) and his foundation for an evening concert. What luck!
Day 3 we acted like locals at Cleveland’s West Side Market for lunch and then took on the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It was awesome to see some of our favorite artists and learn about the history of music. For dinner, we got to play at Dave and Busters.
Day 4 on our travels back we stopped again in Pittsburgh. This time we went to the Pittsburgh Zoo, enjoyed the animals, and then headed back home.
We rounded out the week saying goodbye to our friends on Friday and reminiscing about an amazing summer.
We had a great week and we will miss all of our friends as camp wraps up and school begins. Wishing you all a great school year!
