JCC Camps at Medford Payments
Camp payments can now be made directly in your Camp InTouch Portal.
Login to your portal, click FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT and make any adjustments necessary to your payment information. For questions on the payment process, please contact the camp office.
Please note: All payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% service fee.
Payment and Fees
- Camp deposits are $500 per camper due at the time of enrollment which is fully refundable until February 1, 2026.
- Camp tuition can be paid either in full by April 1, 2026 or by payment plan. Payment plans will begin October 1, 2026 and consist of 7 monthly payments through April 1, 2026. Payment plans for registrations after October 1 will begin on the first of the month following the registration date with equal monthly payments through April 1, 2026.
- Any registrations accepted after April 1, 2026 will require payment in full at time of registration.
- All changes to camp registration, including cancellation, changes in weeks, and adding weeks, must be made in writing to Pam Parker, Camp Registrar, at pparker@jfedsnj.org .
- Refunds & Cancellations:
- Camp deposits are no longer refundable for cancellations after February 1, 2026.
- All camp payments are fully refundable (less the deposit after February 1, 2026) until April 1, 2026.
- Cancellations, withdrawals or reduction of weeks between April 1, 2026 and April 30, 2026 will receive all paid tuition returned as a JCC credit. This credit can be used for JCC programming (i.e: membership, Early Childhood, future camp payments, etc.)
- There will be no refunds or credits given after May 1, 2026 for any cancellation, withdrawal or reduction of weeks
