JCC Camps at Medford Payments
Please select below based on how you would like to make your Summer 2025 deposit & tuition payments.
Please note: All payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% service fee.
Payment and Fees
- Camp deposits are $500 per camper due at the time of enrollment which is fully refundable until March 1, 2025.
- Camp tuition can be paid either in full by March 1, 2025 or by payment plan. Payment plans will begin October 1, 2025 and consist of 8 monthly payments through May 1, 2025. Payment plans for registrations after October 1 will begin on the first of the month following the registration date with equal monthly payments through May 1, 2025.
- Any registrations accepted after May 1, 2025 will require payment in full at time of registration.
- All changes to camp registration, including cancellation, changes in weeks, and adding weeks, must be made in writing to Pam Parker, Camp Registrar, at pparker@jfedsnj.org .
- Refunds & Cancellations:
- All camp payments are fully refundable until March 1, 2025.
- Camp deposits are no longer refundable for cancellations after March 1, 2025.
- Cancellations, withdrawals or reduction of weeks between March 1, 2025 and April 30, 2025 will receive all paid tuition returned as a JCC credit. This credit can be used for JCC programming (i.e: membership, Early Childhood, future camp payments, etc.)
- There will be no refunds or credits given after May 1, 2025 for any cancellation, withdrawal or reduction of weeks
