Julie Wilen

Julie’s happy place is JCC Camps at Medford! She grew up going to day camp in the Philadelphia area and spent many summers working at camp before beginning her career as an 8th grade math teacher. When her own kids started attending JCC Camps at Medford, Julie knew it was only a matter of time before she’d be back where she belongs- at camp! Julie previously served as the Division Head for Tel Aviv in Camp Shalom and is thrilled to now be one of the Program Directors. Julie brings her camp spirit into everything that she does, and she loves being part of what makes each summer so special. When she’s not at camp, Julie enjoys being creative, cheering on the Eagles, and having fun with her family and friends. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband and three kids, Jesse, Sloane, and Ellie.
